 The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the management of PeopleSpace’s service business materials, equipment, and supplies by directly receiving, warehousing, and providing distribution services to our clients. 


Responsibilities and Duties Include:


·  Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational procedures 


·  Enforce adherence to warehouse safety, material handling, and shipping requirements 


·  Conduct Safety and Equipment Training


·  Control accurate inventory levels by conducting audits; reconciling with the inventory management system


·  Record incoming and outgoing shipments through our inventory management system


·  Identify, allocate and stock all incoming shipments


·  Maintain physical condition of the grounds and equipment 


·  Maintain effective & timely communication with PeopleSpace dealership staff and clients


·  Forecast and schedule additional manpower as required to meet the workload


·  Schedule all incoming and outgoing shipments


Qualifications + Skills:


·  Proven ability to lead, manage, motivate and hold teams accountable 


·  Experience in contract furniture installation services required 


·  Experience with Haworth & Steelcase products preferred


·  Experience with inventory management systems preferred


·  Polished communication skills


·  Excellent interpersonal skills 


·  Strong organizational skills


·  Sense of urgency and time/physical capacity to handle the role 


·  Ability to work additional hours as needed
